Surgical Phase
What we did – Surgical phase:
- Extraction root pieces, socket curettage with s urgical removal of Cyst in relation with 21 22
- CBCT and Digitally Guided Implant Surgery
- Six Implants in Upper and Seven implants placed in Lower arch placed under local anesthesia without pain
- Osstem Implant System was Used
- Implant placed with good primary stability >30 NCM
- Direct Sinus and grafting on left side avoided due less patient compliance of diabetic patient
Prosthetic phase
Prosthetic Phase.
- Delayed loading after 4 months
- Digital scanning done with osstem scan bodies with Trios 3 shape scanner
- CAD CAM Milled MLS Framework Prepared on osstem abutments
- Upper jaw Cement retained MLS prosthesis on Osstem Implants
- Lower Jaw cement retained MLS Prosthesis on Osstem Implants
- Canine guided occlusion given
Prosthetic Delivery and Follow up
- All the Lower Implant Tightened at 30NCM torque.
- Prosthesis Occlusion checked.
- Upper and Lower Ceramic Bridge Luting done with Gc I Cement.
