1. We work ONLY BY APPOINTMENT. Please try to be punctual for given appointment time.
2. Patient’s AADHAR CARD No. Required.
3. Please self-evaluate yourself for COVID-19 symptoms before taking appointment. You must know that as per govt. protocol, if we found any symptoms, we have to inform respective authority for further testing.
4. We will take only one patient at a time. The appointments are scheduled on with 15 min of disinfection time in between.
6. We prefer to take payment digitally (UPI, BHIM OR ANY QR CODE, NEFT/RTGS) for the treatment. Receipt will be mailed on conformation of payment.
